What you receive
The Companion Chronicle is a personalized digital reading from Pet Soulmate, operated by WBZK, LLC. Your purchase includes an authored character and fictional fable, six trait chapters, an owner-companion chapter, and a printable keepsake with any portrait and memory you supplied. There is no physical shipment.
Price and delivery
The full reading costs $24 USD as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Review the total shown by Stripe before paying. Your character preview is free. No account is required to purchase.
After payment confirmation, your reading unlocks and a private return link is sent to the email entered at checkout. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. You can also request a sign-in link using your purchase email. Keep a printed or PDF copy for your own records.
A loving fiction
The lore is original fiction shaped by your questionnaire. It is not a scientific personality test, diagnosis, prediction or statement about a real past life. Similar answers can produce similar passages; the reading combines 12 characters, six trait dimensions and your owner preferences consistently.
If something goes wrong
If a paid story does not arrive, use My stories with your purchase email, or call WBZK, LLC at +1 (619) 587-9836. Include the receipt reference and purchase email, but do not send card details or a private story link. Duplicate payments and delivery problems can be reviewed for correction or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
Your words and images
You retain ownership of your uploaded photo and memory and give us permission to store and display them to provide your reading. Use content you have permission to share. You may keep and print the completed reading for personal use. Your private link grants access to anyone holding it.
Deleting a story
Deleting a saved story permanently removes its answers, memory and portrait from the service. It does not automatically request a refund. Keep your own copy before deleting.
